ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.Antony Arulraj, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent and to the order passed in CRL OP(MD).No.3909 of 2022, dated 28.02.2022, this Court made the following order: 1/3

The petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking extension of time for another 15 days insofar as remitting the cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam in State Bank of India. Periyakulam Branch bearing Account No.10767823177, IFSC No.SBINooo898, MICR Code No.625002601 as per the order of this Court dated 28.02.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3909 of 2022. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3.Considering the submission made on either side, time granted by this Court vide order dated 28.02.2022, made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.3909 of 2022, is extended further on condition that the petitioner should pay a sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) on or before 28.03.2022, to the District Siddha Medical Officer, CCRI, Periyakulam in State Bank of India. Periyakulam Branch bearing Account No.10767823177, IFSC No.SBINooo898, MICR Code No.625002601 as per the order of this Court dated 28.02.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3909 of 2022., failing which the petition stands dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. 4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
