Respondent/Petitioner Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of The Constitution of India to call for the records relating to the case in DVOP No. 1 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi and strike off the same ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 30.11.2022, and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif - cumJudicial Magistrate, Kadaladi vide the letter in D.No.976 / 2023 dated 03.08.2023, this Court made the following order:

"By an order dated 30.11.2022 in the above Civil Revision Petition, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi was directed to Page No.1 of 3

dispose D.V.O.P.No.1 of 2021 within a period of 5 months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. Now, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi vide his letter dated 03.08.2023 bearing reference D.No.976, requested for extension of time to dispose the D.V.O.P.. In the said letter, he has given explanation for nondisposal of the D.V.O.P..

3. Being satisfied with the explanation given in the letter dated 03.08.2023, the time for disposal of the D.V.O.P. is extended by 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
