When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenu has been arrested and produced before the Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai in connection with Reddiyapatti Police Station Crime No.24/2020 for offence under Section 4(b) of the Explosive Substance Act. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
