ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.What is under challenge is mere communication from the jurisdictional Tahsildar to the Sub Collector, Sivakasi. It is not an enforceable order as such. The petitioner may have legitimate grievance as regards the manner in which the report had been prepared by the jurisdictional Tahsildar. If the Sub Collector, Sivakasi passes any order entirely based on the said report, all the contentions now putforth before this Court can be canvassed. The stage for challenge is yet to arise. If final order is passed and it is adverse to the petitioner, the petitioner can always move this Court again for appropriate relief.

3.With this observation and clarification and liberty to the writ petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
