O R D E R

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to take an appropriate action as against the accused named in Crime No.264 of 2017 on merits and in accordance with the provisions of CR.P.C.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner has given a complaint as against his neighbour and the case was also registered in Crime No.264 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 447, 448, 323, 294(b) and 506(i) of IPC. Though the complaint was lodged on 25.08.2017, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the accused who are named in the complaint are once again doing the same mischief, for which the complaint was given.

4. It is in these circumstances without going into the merits of the contentions of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass the following directions:

The respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in one way or the other within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
