O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu, inter alia, alleging that the detenu is in illegal custody of the respondents 4 and 5.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 3 would submit that it is the case of elopement. The detenu has eloped with one Devi along with two children. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
