ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who arrayed as accused no. 1 was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.06.2016 for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 174 Cr.P.C @ 306 of IPC in Crime No.504 of 2016, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner borrowed amount from the deceased one Easu, father of the defacto complainant. When the same was demanded by him, the petitioner induced him to commit suicide that he will inform his illegal activities to the family of the deceased. On complaint, a case has been registered against the petitioners.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 04.07.2016, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter is posted today under the caption for dismissal. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that after borrowing money from the deceased the petitioner did not repay the same. When the same was demanded by the deceased person, he induced him that, his illegal relationship with other woman will be informed to his family and on his inducing, he has committed suicide and the investigation of the case is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the serious nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
