This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register a case as against the second respondent on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, dated 20.07.2017.

2.Originally, the complaint was given to the Taluk Police Station, Kumbakonam. Hence, this Court on 30.10.2017 directed the Inspector of Police, Taluk Police Station, Kumbakonam to be impleaded as third respondent. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint was registered in Cr.No.419 of 2017 before the Taluk Police Station, Kumbakonam.
