ORDER

This Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct a fair enquiry and to take action in accordance with law by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 23.02.2022

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint dated 23.02.2022 and it is pending on the file of the second respondent for enquiry.

W.P (MD).No. 4585 of 2022 3.In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 6 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
