ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] The petitioner contends that the subject writ property is a Temple land. The pattas are issued in the Temple land to the private respondents in the writ petition.

2. If pattas are issued to the persons and another person is aggrieved by it, the remedy is provided by way of an appeal before the

District Revenue Officer under the Tamil Nadu Patta Passbook Act, 1983 and the aggrieved party can take recourse to the same.

3. The learned Advocate for Respondent No.8 submits that Respondent No.8 would be taking steps for retrieving the property of the Temple in accordance with law.

4. In view of the said statement, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
