ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A3 in Crime No.37 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.02.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(II)(B) and 25 NDPS Act, hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 19 kgs of ganja.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submit that A1 and A2 were already released on bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).Nos.6312 and 6531 of 2015. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner has no previous case.

released on bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).Nos.6312 and 6531 of 2015, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Special District Sessions Judge (NDPS ACT), Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
