This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint, dated 31.05.2017 and to proceed with the same as per law within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint has been registered in Crime No.360 of 2017 by the third respondent for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of I.P.C.

4. Recording the said statement, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
