ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, in Crime No.259 of 2016, and seeks anticipatory bail.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that already this petitioner has filed an anticipatory bail before this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10261 of 2016 for the very same offence and the same is pending. Suppressing the fact, the petitioner has filed the present petition for anticipatory bail.
