O R D E R

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 28.08.2017 and proceed with the same as per law.

2.The petitioner has lodged a complaint alleging that the proposed accused by name Natarajan came to their village and used filthy language on the said village people particularly the petitioner's community persons. However, the complaint was enquired into by the second respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the closure report which reveal that the second respondent has enquired several witnesses and closed the complaint.
