This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 24.03.2018 in CSR.No.15/2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the State and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 24.03.2018 before the respondent police. As there was no case registered on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on instructions, would submit that after completing enquiry, First Information Report has been registered in this case by the second respondent police.
