ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.134 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.03.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 392 r/w 397 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner threatened the de-facto complainant with knife point for demanding amount and when the de-facto complainant refused to give the amount, he robbed the amount.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that earlier application was dismissed by this Court on 07.04.2015.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is an accused of two 302 I.P.C., cases and also committed the offence Section 395 and 397 of I.P.C.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
