ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned proceedings of the second respondent, dated 04.03.2019. 2.Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent. Mr.M.Pandiarajan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the second respondent.

3.Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent has placed a copy of the proceedings of the first respondent dated 04.02.2019 and submitted that the petitioner has not challenged the said order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a copy of the order dated 04.02.2019, passed by the first respondent, has not been served on the petitioner. 5.The Secretary of the second respondent Society is present before this Court and he undertakes to serve a copy of the order dated 04.02.2019, passed by the first respondent, to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

6.In view of the above, the present Writ Petition is not maintainable and accordingly, it is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of the first respondent, dated 04.02.2019 as well as the consequential order of the second respondent, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
