It is an application seeking a direction to the third respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.06.2016.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.341 of 2016 under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) IPC and 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
