RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner that he should report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 AM for a period of one month in Crl.O.P.No. 2764 of 2022, dated. 09.02.2022. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VENKATACHALAM.D., Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3568 of 2022, dated 09.02.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail. 3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Since the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and there are no adverse remarks as against the petitioner, the condition is fully relaxed.
