ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1, 2 and 4 to 7 in Crime No.166 of 2015 on the file of the file of the respondent police apprehends arrest for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324 and 294(b) IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 1998 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that this is a case of case and counter and that the injured has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ already been discharged from the hospital.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

5. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
