ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 21.02.2025 under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying to grant an order of pre-arrest bail.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.S.Manoj, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-police, on instructions, submits that the respondent-police registered the case against the petitioners under Sections 296(b), 115(2) and 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 in Crime No.27 of 2025 and the offences are bailable in nature.

3. In view of the same, Mr.A. Ilayaraja, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. To that effect, he has made an endorsement in the case file and the same is extracted hereunder: "In this case, the learned PP argued that all the offences in this case is bailable offence. Hence, this petition is not maintainable. Hence, I withdraw this case."
