ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J) The matter in issue pertains to the alleged irregularities in granting license to quarry "savudu" from the tank bed.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition containing better particulars and supporting materials and also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In the light of the endorsement made, this Writ Petition

is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
