ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner except due process of law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioner to the Police Station, harassed him under the guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute and compelled him to vacate the property. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police never asked the petitioner to vacate the property; no such harassment was caused by the respondent to the petitioner on that account; and a case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.459 of 2016.
