ORDER

The learned counsel for the fourth respondent submits that appropriate orders will be passed by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.02.2022, provided that the petitioner refiles the application before the fourth respondent along with the building completion certificate.

Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to file such application along with building completion certificate obtained from the building engineer. It is needless to state that before passing orders, the fourth respondent may also entertain the petition of the fifth respondent, who appears to be opposed the transfer. This exercise shall be completed by the fourth respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of such application together with a building completion certificate. No costs.
