Challenging the impugned notice passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.2630/2021-111/E3, dated 03.02.2023, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner has already moved an application under Section 63 of HR &CE Act before the first respondent.

3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioners to move necessary application for interim order before the first respondent. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
