ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.381 of 2021 dated 19.10.2021 for the offence under Section 4(1)(A) of TN Prohibition Act on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation in Crime No.381 of 2021 has been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.29 of 2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
