ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to disburse the amounts due which is payable to the petitioner for the works completed by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2021.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner has completed two works issued by the second respondent in Est.No.500/13-14 dated 18.01.2016 and Est.No.232/15-16 dated 07.09.2016. As far as Est.No.500/13-14 dated 18.01.2016 is concerned, the estimated cost is Rs.18,60,000/- but the petitioner was sanctioned a sum of Rs. 15,06,224/- and the remaining amount ought to be paid by the second 2/4

respondent. As far as Est.No.232/15-16 dated 07.09.2016 is concerned, the estimated cost is Rs.24,00,000/- but the same was not sanctioned.

4. Therefore, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's claim and disburse the same. If there is any discrepancy in calculation, the respondents are directed to amicably settled the same.

5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
