ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble C.V.KARTHIKEYAN J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 170 days in filing the review application.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been contended that the orders have been passed in W.A.(MD)No.897 of 2018 on 05.08.2024 and the Web e-copy has been received on 15.08.2024 and thereafter, the Departmental https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

decision was taken to initiate a review petition before this Court. The process involved consultation with relevant authorities and obtaining requisite approvals. All these caused delay of 170 days in filing the review application.

3. Notice had been directed to the respondents and counter affidavit has also been filed, wherein, it had been stated that sufficient reasons have not been stated for the delay of 170 days in filing the review application.

4. Taking into all these factors, the delay is condoned.
