This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to direct the second and third respondents to measure and demarcate the petitioner's properties in Survey No.405/2A1A measuring 1.80 cents situated in the southern side at Thulukarpatti, Anaikulam Village, Radhapuram, Tirunelveli District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5.

3. In view of the above submissions, the first respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the land after issuing notice to the 2/4

petitioner as well as the respondents 4 and 5 within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. If any third party is in possession of the said land, survey may be conducted. However, it is made clear that mere survey will not entitle the petitioner to dispossess the person, who possesses the property.
