This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to register the based on the Petitioner's complaint dated 28.01.2015 and proceed with the same as per law within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction submitted that petition enquiry is pending. But the Petitioner is not cooperating with the enquiry.

3.The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petititioner is ready and willing to cooperate with the enquiry. 4.In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.Further, the Petitioner is directed to cooperate with the enquiry.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
