This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to accord permission for the conduct of "Kabadi night Match" and provide adequate police production at the eve of the exchief minister AMMA's 70th birthday to be conducted on 14.04.2018 and 15.04.2018 by taking into consideration of our representation dated 26.03.2018 by imposing any condition.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3.According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 26.03.2018 to the respondents to grant permission and protection for conducting "Kabadi night Match" scheduled to be held on 14.04.2018 and 15.04.2018 at the eve of the ex-chief minister AMMA's 70th https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
birthday. As no order has been passed in the said representation, the petitioner has filed this writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation is still pending with the second respondent. Therefore, this Court may pass appropriate orders to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law.
5.Considering the submission made by both parties, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 13.04.2018. 6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
