ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the affidavit and material papers filed, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.ANANDAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondents, this court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.459 of 2018 dated 16.02.2018 in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.10312 of 2017 dated 14.11.2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13982 of 2017, dated 20.10.2017. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
