Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Calling for the records pertaining to the impugned provisional eligible Candidates list for participating in the physical test published by the 2nd respondent dated 16-03-2020 through 2nd respondents website and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondent No.2 to follow the 20 percent of reservation for PSTM category and permit the petitioner to participate in the physical test scheduled to be conducted shortly.

JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The appellant has preferred the writ appeal as against the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(MD)No.6093 of 2020, in and by which, the learned Single Judge, by placing reliance upon the order passed by the Division Bench in W.P.(MD)Nos.19112 of 2020, etc., batch, dated 10.02.2021, rejected the appellant's claim. In the said decision, the Division Bench has categorically held that the relief cannot be extended to others except the writ petitioners therein.
2. Taking note of the fact that the appellant has approached this Court much prior to the disposal of W.P.(MD)Nos.19112 of 2020, etc., batch, by the Division Bench and also in view of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant that the appellant would come within the zone of consideration, had the 20% reservation of PSTM category is followed in every stage, we have asked the learned Additional Advocate General to get instructions in this regard.
3. Today, the learned Additional Advocate General, on instructions, submitted that the appellant has not secured the required cut-off marks, under the 20% PSTM category and therefore, he is not eligible for consideration for the next phase of selection.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission that even if the relief is extended to the appellant, he has not secured the required cutoff marks, this appeal deserves to be rejected and accordingly, the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
