ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General represented on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the notice, which is under challenge in this writ petition is going to be withdrawn and a fresh notice will be issued to the petitioner.

2.Since the impugned notice is going to be withdrawn, as per the undertaking given by the learned Additional Advocate General, this Writ Petition is disposed of, after recording the said undertaking and liberty is granted to the respondents to issue a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.[MD]No.4579 of 2022 fresh notice under Section 212 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994 in accordance with the procedure contemplated therein. There shall be no order as to costs.
