ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.162 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No.162 of 2022 and that investigation is almost completed and they are yet to receive wound certificate. Hence, he seeks one month time to file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court. 2/4

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.162 of 2022 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
