ORDER

The petitioner has preferred a complaint dated 16.11.2015 before the respondent to take appropriate action against the accused persons mentioned in the compliant.

2.No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.There is an undertaking by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent to look into the complaint given by the petitioner expeditiously. 4.In view of the above submission, the respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and complete the same within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent shall take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalitha Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC).
