*********** [Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the person or body of the detenu, namely, S.Elavarasi, daughter of the petitioner, aged about 20 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The second respondent has produced the detenu before this Court from her parental home. The detenu as also her father, the petitioner and her mother are present in Court. The detenu informs https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that she would like to continue to be under the care and custody of her parents.

3. Recording the above position, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
