ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the joint patta in Patta No.2107 pertaining to the subject property, by considering the representation made by the petitioner on 23.03.2016.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader produced written instructions received from the third respondent. On going through the same, it is seen that the name of the petitioner has already been recommended to be included in the joint patta and that since there are 40 other pattadhars, whose names have been included, the said process is taking sometime to get finalized.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader on instructions received from the third respondent, there shall be a 2/4

direction to the third respondent to complete the process by including the name of the petitioner in the joint patta, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
