ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone a delay of 187 days in filing the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the 1st respondent. I have also perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition seeking condonation of delay.

3. I am satisfied that the petitioner has shown sufficient cause for condoning the delay of 187 days. However, at the same time, the delay has caused some prejudice to the 1st respondent in contesting the matter.

4. Considering the fact that respondents 2 and 3, though parties to the proceedings before the courts below, have not chosen to appear at present. Hence, I am inclined to allow this petition on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the learned counsel for the 1st respondent on or before 30.04.2026.
