ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the second respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute in respect of the petitioner's property subject to the matter of suit in O.S.No.49 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif, Vadipatti.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint and on that basis, C.S.R.No.27 of 2023 came to be registered and both parties have entered into appearance and gave a statement that they will workout their remedies through the civil suit pending before the competent civil Court and on that basis, the compliant was ordered to be closed.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even after the closure of the complaint, the second respondent has been 2/4
harassing the petitioner and threatened him that if the bath room is not removed, they will take action.
4. Admittedly, the private respondents have filed a suit in O.S.No.49 of 2021 against the petitioner and six others and the same is pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vadipatti.
5. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that as of now, no complaint is pending against the petitioner.
6. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 03.03.2023 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No das 3/4
