This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents to conduct further investigation and to alter the First Information Report on the basis of the oral complaint dated 12.06.2016 followed by the written complaint dated 21.06.2016 preferred by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. No direction can be issued to alter the First Information Report, which is impermissible in law.

4. However, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that an additional report has been filed by including the offence under Section 325 IPC and they have thus altered the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sections of the FIR from Sections 147, 294(b) and 323 IPC to Sections 147, 294(b) and 325 IPC
