This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to issue a direction for speedy trial of the Case in S.T.C.No.988 of 2024 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. Without going into the merits of this case, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, is directed to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No. 988 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
