2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner was acquitted vide judgment dated 03.05.2016 in respect of P.R.C.No.50 of 2013 and in view of the judgment passed on 03.05.2016, nothing remains for further adjudication in this matter.

5.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
