O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the wife of the detenu. It appears that the detenu has eloped with one Muthu. A complaint was already given by the husband of Muthu, which has been registered in Crime No.134 of 2017 under Section 366 IPC and investigation is still pending. 2.In view of the above, we do not propose to keep this matter pending any longer. However, while closing this petition, we direct the second respondent to continue investigation and trace the detenu as well as Muthu. Liberty is given to the petitioner to file Habeas Corpus Petition at later point of time, in the event of no further progress is made in the investigation.
