This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to implement the award passed by the 3rd respondent in V.C. No.37 of 2025 dated 24.11.2025 and disburse Victim Compensation Amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) to the petitioner and petitioner's wife Shanthi by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The petitioner submitted representation to the 4th respondent for implementing the award passed by the 3rd respondent in V.C. No.37 of 2025 dated 24.11.2025 and disburse Victim Compensation Amount of 2/5
Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) to the petitioner and petitioner's wife Shanthi. However, since no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.
4. Learned Government Advocate for the respondents, would submit that within a considerable period, the representation would be considered.

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
