..Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 2nd respondent herein to transfer the investigation pertaining to crime No.30 of 2013 on the file of the 3rd respondent police to any other agency like CBI or CBCID for fair and proper investigation. O R D E R

This petition is filed to change the investigation in Crime No. 30 of 2013 from the file of the 2nd respondent to the file of the 3rd respondent police to any other agency like CBI or CBCID for fair and proper investigation.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.30 of 2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent has been completed and the complaint has been closed on 08.11.2013 as 'Mistake of Fact'.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the appropriate Court.
