This Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned District Munsif, Sivagiri, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.102/2016, on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Sivagiri, within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.102 of 2016, within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.G.Thiruvarutselvan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the stage of the suit, there shall be a direction to the District Munsif Court, Sivagiri, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.102 of 2016, within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
