This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.praying this Court to direct the second respondent to refer his complaint dated 15.7.2014 for investigation and subsequent investigation to the first respondent and in the event of such reference, the first responent is further directed to file the final report after completing the legal process of registration, investigation and conclusion forthwith. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents/State and perused the records.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that no petition is pending before the first respondent/Police for investigation.
