O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the case in Crime.No.61 of 2014 on the file of the third respondent to the second respondent and consequently direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up, both the learned counsel submitted that the case has been transferred from Madurai to Koodal Pudur Police Station. The learned counsel for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been informed by the police officer of the Koodal Pudur Police Station that jurisdiction lies under the Inspector of Police of the Sellur Police Station and till now, the case is not transferred to the concerned police officer.

3. The Sub-Inspector of police of Koodal Pudur Police Station shall take appropriate steps to transfer the case to the police station which got jurisdiction and concerned jurisdictional police is directed to file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
