-------------------------------- I am to invite your kind attention to the High Court's order cited above, wherein it has been directed as follows:- "When the matter was taken up for hearing on 17.03.2022, this Court has directed the Registry to call for a report from the Special Court for POCSO Act, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, as to when the charge sheet has been filed with regard to Spl.S.C.No.22 of 2022 and the learned Sessions Judge has submitted a report stating that the Inspector of Police has filed an additional report to add the Assistant Director, Regional Forensic Science Laboratory, Ramnad, that biological report also received by the Court on 28.02.2022 and the Court has taken the final report on 05.03.2022. But the learned Sessions Judge has not specified the date, on which the charge sheet came to be filed before the Court. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the Investigation officer is present, on instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the charge sheet has been filed on 28.01.2022 itself.

Hence Registry is directed to get a report with regard to the specific date on which charge sheet came to be filed, from the concerned Court.

Post the matter on 25.03.2022."

In this connection, you namely the Sessions Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of POCSO Act Cases, Srivilliputtur is hereby required to submit your report (Specific date on which Charge sheet came to be filed, from the concerned court) in this aspect, to this Registry on or before 24/3/2022 as the matter stands posted on 25/03/2022.
